This is our latest collection of custom buckles, belts with jewelry galore!! Includes artists such as Ricardo Ortiz, Maxine Sloan, Desiree, J.Wynne and others. We're getting ready for a show and had to coordinate some looks and get-ups. Thought we'd take some pics to keep us organized and ON TASK!
Another fun shoot - and another GRRRREAT DAY!
January was a solemn month. My mother-in-law, Nuala Stuart of the United Kingdom, passed away from a tough battle with cancer. She was stoic and brave in her struggle. She didn't give in to the disease easily.
I remember her as a modest and generous woman with a funny wit about her. She was a christian woman, but practiced her christianity personally and didn't push it on anyone. She was one to show her beliefs and her character by example. She wanted those around her to enjoy their time together and made it a point to keep friends and family in good humor.
I hadn't thought much about a New Year's resolution until just now. Perhaps I should make an effort to be more like Nuala...
p.s. After sharing this post with my family in the USA, they expressed their sadness and regret not to have known Nuala Stuart, and send their sincere sympathy to her family and loved ones.
